Refund policy

The Human Citizen does not accept exchanges or refunds unless due to obvious manufacturing defects on item received. 

**All items are thoroughly inspected and checked before shipping out.

Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and labels still attached, in perfect condition with all protective materials in place. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. You will be given store credits for your returned items.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us with 14 days with a written email sent to us stating reason for return. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Postage for returns will be borne by you. 

**In the event the item(s) you ordered is out of stock, you will be refunded in full via paynow.
