 Color Discrepancy

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on THE HUMAN CITIZEN as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

 Shipping Policy

Do ensure the shipping address you have provided during checkout is accurate and complete as The Human Citizen will not be held liable in the event of lost mail if provided with the wrong address.

**Receive your orders within 1-3 weeks from payment confirmation. Place your orders only if you are comfortable with the estimated shipping/delivery timing. Estimated delivery times may change from time to time.

 Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. To receive email updates about our upcoming promotions, sign up to our mailing list. Please note that free shipping may or may not be applied to your order on the payment page depending on the promotion.

 Can I amend or cancel by order after I have made payment?
Depending on the status of your order (within the first 24 hours), it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.
Cancellation of orders are not allowed once order has been submitted and payment has been made. 
If you need to make any amendments to your order, please email our Customer Care Team at thehumancitizen88@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
